We will visit the charming medieval villages of the Cotswolds known for their stone houses and stunning scenery. We then head to the historic city of York where we will spend the night and have the opportunity to explore its cobbled streets and restaurants.
Spend the morning exploring York’s historic streets and sights. After lunch, continue towards Edinburgh, with a possible stop at Alnwick Castle, known as a filming location for the Harry Potter films. Visits inside the castle depend on opening dates and ticket availability.
Guided city tour of Edinburgh, including a visit to the iconic Edinburgh Castle. You'll explore its halls, museums and see the Crown Jewels.
Then we'll walk along the Royal Mile and visit Holyrood Palace and St. Giles Cathedral where the guide will share fascinating stories about the city's rich heritage. We'll have free time for lunch at a local restaurant.
We will explore the area around Edinburgh, with a possible visit to Glenkinchie Distillery (subject to availability; admission is not included). We can also include historic sites linked to Mary, Queen of Scots and places associated with Outlander, depending on your interests.
We start our journey to the capital of the Highlandswhere we will pass several renowned distilleries, stunning landscapes and charming villages. We will stop at the Museum of Highland Life which was one of the filming locations for the first season of Outlander. We will also visit the historic Culloden Battlefield and the famous stones that served as inspiration for the series.
Explore Speyside, a region renowned for its whisky distilleries, scenery and villages. We can tailor the day around the distilleries that interest you most.

We leave in the morning from Inverness where we will have the opportunity to take an iconic photo with the famous Highland cows. We'll then head towards Loch Ness in search of a glimpse of the legendary Nessie monster. Next, we'll visit the majestic Eilean Donan Castle one of Scotland's most iconic sights. After the visit, we'll cross the bridge to the stunning Isle of Skye where we will explore the region's most impressive and picturesque sites.
Depending on ferry schedules, we travel from the Isle of Skye to the mainland and continue towards the Glenfinnan Viaduct, known for its appearance in the Harry Potter films. We then pass through Fort William and the dramatic landscapes of Glencoe. The route can include a stop near Loch Lomond before we arrive in Glasgow.
We'll take a tour of Glasgow's main sights, including the majestic Glasgow Cathedral, the historic Glasgow University and the imposing George Square with its grandiose Town Hall. After lunch, we head to Liverpool, with charming stops in the romantic town of Gretna Green and the beautiful landscapes of the Lake District.
In the morning, we'll visit Liverpool's main sights, including The Beatles Story Museum the iconic Beatles statue in the port area, the legendary Cavern Club the famous Penny Lane and the houses where the band members grew up. We'll also make a stop at Strawberry Field, a place full of significance for Beatles fans. After the visit, we'll head back to London. Alternatively, we can extend the itinerary with a visit to Wales or cross by ferry to Ireland exploring more of this beautiful country before returning.
